On the evening of August 2, 2023, we hosted a truly special event: Sip & Sail with Viking River Cruises – Sailing the Rivers of France. Held at the charming and ever-popular Laperaux Bistro in Germantown, Maryland, the evening combined fine French cuisine with the excitement of world-class travel. With seating for just 35 guests, the atmosphere was intimate and exclusive, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night.
| Guests were treated to a multi-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Gregory Webb, whose artistry and attention to detail brought the flavors of France to life. Each course complemented the evening’s theme beautifully, setting the stage for our featured presentation by Viking River Cruises. As we dined, Viking transported us along the romantic rivers of France, sharing the beauty of the Seine, Rhône, and beyond.
