On Saturday, July 26th, 2025, we hosted our highly anticipated River & Expedition Cruise Show at the beautiful BlackRock Center for the Arts in Germantown, Maryland—and what an amazing day it was! With about 110 attendees, the energy in the room was incredible as we came together to celebrate travel, community, and giving back.
| We were thrilled to welcome representatives from Scenic, Celebrity, AmaWaterways, and American Cruise Lines, each delivering fabulous presentations that inspired our guests to dream about their next adventures. While soaking in the presentations, guests enjoyed a delicious catered lunch from Goin Grazy, paired perfectly with refreshing lavender lemonade made with lavender syrup created by our friends at Kharis Lavender Fields. The combination of expert travel insights and wonderful food made the day both fun and unforgettable. |
As with all of our events, giving back was at the heart of the day. Guests had the chance to win beautifully custom-created gift baskets, with proceeds benefitting the Alzheimer’s Association. Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, we raised an incredible $1,780.00, in support of the September Walk led by Ryan Majchrzak, owner of Assisted Living Locators. To capture every moment, Alejandro Cartagena, owner of Alpha Class Studios, was on hand to professionally video the event—something we proudly do with all of our shows so the memories and inspiration live on.
We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for this special day of learning, laughter, and community. The River & Expedition Cruise Show was a huge success, and we’re already excited to announce that this will become an annual event.
