Job Description:
As a Cruise Planners Travel Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional travel planning services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the freedom of a flexible schedule. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and providing personalized travel recommendations.
- Sales: Promoting and selling a wide range of travel products, including cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
- Travel Planning: Assisting clients with all aspects of their travel plans, from initial consultation to booking and follow-up.
- Marketing: Utilizing various marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Ideal Applicant:
- Client Service Experience: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, with a knack for closing deals and meeting targets.
- Travel Industry Experience: While not required, experience in the travel industry is a plus and will give you an edge in understanding the nuances of travel planning.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated without constant supervision.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online tools and platforms for booking and marketing purposes.
